Ban Ki-moon, the former secretary-general of the United Nations, attended the Brand Finance Global Soft Power Summit on Tuesday and said he had full confidence that China would overcome the novel coronavirus outbreak.
He also suggested the UN cooperate with the World Health Organization in handling the epidemic.
