Grassroots official's dedication helps village rise out of poverty

Baicaidi village in Jiguanshan town, Dandong, Northeast China's Liaoning province, is a provincial-level, poverty-stricken village. Ma Yunfei, who used to work in the memorial hall of the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea in Dandong, was dispatched to Baicaidi village, becoming its Party branch secretary eight months before his retirement.
This video tells a story of how he developed many distinctive products based on the particular circumstances of Baicaidi village, and dedicated himself to help the village rise out of poverty.
