Bistrot B's fare to share
US chef Jarrod Verbiak has enhanced Bistrot B's menu with dishes for sharing. Snails from Burgundy are one of the must-tries. It combines the snails with butter, garlic and parsley, with a sauce perfect for dipping bread. The tomahawk steak is a signature of the chef and is served with a special sauce made with more than 20 spices. The seafood platter is perfect for sharing.
