Warriors center Cousins questionable for Finals Game 1

WASHINGTON - Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr said on Wednesday that center DeMarcus Cousins is making progress but still questionable for Game 1 of the Finals.
"He's pain-free, so it's really more a matter of rhythm, timing, conditioning, all those things," Kerr said. "If this were the regular season, I'd throw him out there and he'd play whatever minutes he could tolerate and we'd build him up from there. But it's not the regular season, it's The Finals, so we have to be careful. We have to figure out what's the best way to utilize him."
Cousins has been out of the Warriors' lineup since April 15 with a torn quadriceps muscle.
Game 1 of the Finals between the Warriors and the Toronto Raptors will be held on Thursday.
