Held by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People's Republic of China, the parallel session "Culture, Tourism and People-to-People Exchanges" will conduct in-depth research on Asian values and oriental wisdom, and discover the unique value of culture and tourism in the exchanges among civilizations and people through discussions with cultural ministers, cultural celebrities and tourism representatives of Asian countries.

The parallel session is committed to applying such endeavors to the improvement of Asian and global governance and to the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.

Cultural ministers, tourism ministers, cultural celebrities, well-known artists, scholars, representatives of tourism enterprises as well as other guests are invited to the parallel session.
