Fresh beef of Meat Mate

A third branch of Meat Mate has opened at Beijing's North Third Ring Road in January, bringing more kinds of fresh beef from abroad. The chilled, fresh meat is authorized by the US Meat Export Federation and is a new addition to the already fine selection of steak imported by Meat Mate, such as their signature Australian Angus beef. Whether fillet, rib eye or sirloin, all the cuts are carefully chosen and expertly butchered by experienced chefs, who will teach each guest-with detailed steps-to cook the beef to whatever tenderness they like.
