Chinese e-sports impress the world
Invictus Gaming became the first Chinese team to win the League of Legends World Championship in the event's eight-year history when they defeated European club Fnatic 3-0 to claim the title in Incheon, the Republic of Korea on Nov 3.
Team China participated in three of the six esports events at the 2018 Asian Games in August, which included e-sports as a demonstration sport for the first time in Jakarta, Indonesia, when China pocketed two golds and a silver.
