An IoT and Artificial Intelligence Forum was held on Monday where experts discussed the combined application of artificial intelligence and the internet of things. The forum was an important part of the 2018 World IoT Expo.

Future networks and AI will be the two most important things for the reform of productivity, said Liu Yunjie, member of Chinese Academy of Engineering.

Real-world use of "AIoT", the Artificial Intelligence of Things, still faces challenges including user experience, scenario-matching, product operation, project cost and development time, said Kang Heng, vice president of Beijing Unisound Information Technology.
