Sherry Chen, an award-winning Chinese-American hydrologist and former employee of the US Department of Commerce who was wrongfully accused of espionage in 2014 and later fired from her job, speaks on Capitol Hill on Wednesday after a favorable ruling by US Merit Systems Protection Board, which called her treatment a “gross injustice”.
