Shanghai teachers take part in calligraphy and painting competition

A total of 922 teachers from Shanghai showcased their talent in a calligraphy and painting competition.
Organized by the Shanghai Teacher's Union, the competition took place at Shanghai Polytechnic University over the weekend. Contestants from 43 colleges and universities as well as 33 secondary vocational schools in Shanghai participated in the event.
The handwriting segment of the competition involved writing based on an assigned task and in a freestyle manner.
