BEIJING - The speech by Chinese President Xi Jinping at the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the founding of Hainan province and the Hainan Special Economic Zone has been published.

The booklet, published by the People's Publishing House, is available at Xinhua Bookstore outlets across the country.
