Zhao Hongbo is a male pair skater for China. Zhao and his partner Shen Xue became the first Chinese skaters to win the gold medal at the Winter Olympic Games in 2010, ending almost half a century of Russian and Soviet pair-skating dominance. They also took first place in the world figure skating championships held in 2002, 2003 and 2007.
