19th CPC National Congress spokesperson holds press conference

BEIJING - Tuo Zhen, spokesperson for the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, is holding a press conference on Tuesday afternoon at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, briefing the media on the upcoming congress.
The press conference started at around 4:30 pm.
The 19th CPC National Congress will be held in Beijing from Oct 18 to 24, said congress spokesman Tuo Zhen.
