Lou Qinjian appointed Party chief of Shaanxi province

Lou Qinjian, 60, was named Party chief of Shaanxi province, according to a provincial government meeting on Sunday.
Lou, a native of Guizhou province, became governor of Shaanxi in 2013. His predecessor, Zhao Zhengyong, 65, was relieved on account of his age, according to sources.
